The last glowing rays of the sun are reflected off the wet rock of slate ledge. A long exposure has made the effects of the small waves translucent in the tidal zone. Backlit seaweed adds further interest in the foreground. On the cliff-top Clavell Tower stands majestically. It will be moved 30m inland this year, to prevent it from toppling over the cliff, due to the erosive forces of the sea.
